Responsibilities:
- Contract administration
- Taking off quantities
- Change management
- Prepare and monitor progress claim and payment
- Liaising with Sales, Design, Procurement, Site and Finance team for related deliverables
- Any other job scope assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- 3 – 5 years of working experience
- Familiar with Building Construction environment
- Essential knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and Autocad
- Knowledge of CUBICOST quantity take-off software will be added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, MANDARIN.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
