Responsibilities:
- Translation and interpretation (Mandarin and English – vice versa)
- Handling day-to-day tasks and provide professional secretarial assistance to the Managing Director (MD)
- Maintain strict confidential and interact professionally with all level of management, departments and business partners
- Arrange and schedule work appointments, meetings, travel itinerary, hotel accommodation and also handle all private and confidential matters related to MD
- Develop and maintain proper document filing systems for MD’s personal files, management file and other related confidential matters
- Assisting MD on all correspondence (written, telephone, email and etc) and monitor follow up with related parties for response and written replies
- Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments, prepare minutes of meeting
- To undertake any special assignments and related duties as and when required by MD
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Secretarial / Business Administration or equivalent
- Able to travel
- Matured, possess a pleasant personality and self motivated, able to work independently
- Hardworking, responsible, handle multitasking job, good communication and with good working attitude
- Required language: MANDARIN and English
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
